What a gem! The hostel in Pinhão exceeded my expectations. The owner, Pedro, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make my stay enjoyable. The hostel itself is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. I loved the little touches, like the privacy screens between bunks and the outlets at each bed. The rooftop patio with its stunning views was the perfect place to relax. The location is ideal, with plenty of Quintas within walking distance. I had a fantastic time at Douro Backpackers and would highly recommend it.
